Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically delivered within 7–16 business days. This includes:
- Order handling: 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Transit time: 6–12 business days
Q: What is the order cutoff time?
A: Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders after this time are processed the next business day.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor delivery.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship to the United States. We might expand to other countries in the future.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept:

Q: Is it safe to pay on FurryNestCo?
A: Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and secure. We do not store your card details.

A: You are charged immediately after your order is confirmed. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What if my pet doesn’t like the product?
A: No worries! We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not happy, simply return the product for a refund.
Q: How do I return a product?
A: Contact support@furrynestco.com to initiate your return. We’ll provide instructions for sending it back.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Q: Are FurryNestCo products pet safe?
A: Yes! Every product is made from durable, pet-safe materials, We carefully select products made from durable, pet-safe materials designed for everyday use and comfort for your furry friends.
Q: How do I clean or maintain my product?
A: Each product comes with care instructions in the manual or packaging. Many of our beds, feeders, and travel products have removable, machine-washable parts for convenience.
